I have a client who has a new rt-ac66u configured with the latest 380.61 firmware. The unit connects fine to either band, however when trying to use the smarttv apps all of them say the network is offline. The network builtin tester works fine and indicates there isn't a software update. The unit used to work with an old wireless-g router. Has anyone seen anything like this. It is a Vizio HDTV.
