ok I have spectrum Cable aka time Warner. I pay for the high tier. I have had this router for about 3 years. Lately it keeps dropping the max speed i can get out of the router. If I run Speedtest by OOkla I can get speeds mostly above 100 Mbps then other times when I run it I barely get 1.2 Mbps. lately I keeps dropping the wireless speed. If I take my laptop and bypass the router and plug it in directly into the cable modem the speed it over 100 Mbps.
What is the best way to be able to test this router? it will run fine then all of a sudden run super slow the back fast again it does this in 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands.
