And that is all I have incompatible with.
I thought it might be the bandwidth limiter, so I disabled it, but it's still Disabled.

What could be causing it to be disabled? Does it automatically turn on if possible?

Have you rebooted the router since changing the settings?

Ok, so after turning off QoS: Bandwidth limiter, I didn't reboot. A reboot made HW acceleration turn on.

I just assumed it would turn on, without a reboot, and didn't even think twice.
