Rt-ac68u 512/1gb ram upgrade!

This week i will have another AC68U and im gonna try to replace the memory chip (512mb) like i did on WL500GP (128MB) and RT-N16 (256MB), probably will still be needed to change nvram values to recognize the entire memory capacity, anyone knows the correct commands values to change it to 512MB?

Here are the compatible chips:

H5TQ4G63MFR-H9C/PBC - Hynix
EDJ4216EFBG - Elpida
MEM4G16D3EABG - Memphis
MT41J256M16HA-125 - Micron

They all are, offcourse it's soldered on the PCB, you need to remove / unsolder it and replace / solder a new one

Hi - did you have any luck with the upgrade? The AC68U really has too little RAM.. I would like to upgrade its RAM too..
