RT-AC68U and PS4 (PSN) downloads

Hi,

I seem to be running into issues with my PS4 downloads from the PSN on the AC68U.

I'm using wireless and the speed is terrible. All other machines connected to the router get good speeds so I was wondering if it was something on the router that needs to be adjusted.

Specifically I've noticed that if I DMZ the PS4 it's still showing as NAT type 2 on the ps4 connection settings page.

P.S. When I say slow, I mean that it's saying 18 days to download a few gig of data, I've got 20 meg broadband and can download the equivalent amount in a few hours on one of my pc's!

Try disabling all Beamforming-related options, and see if it helps.

Also, disable QoS if it was enabled, and see if it helps.

NAT type 2 is correct as you have a router connected.

Do yourself a favor a get a long ethernet cable as it will be much more efficient and effective than wifi.

i have a ps4 tried wired or wireless download at my max fine here.
