It goes to 100% right after I log in after reboot. I am not using USB on router. I am using it in AP mode. Not sure what Media Server is.
 
In that case all I can suggest is that you SSH into the AP and run top to see what's consuming the CPU.
 
I can't ssh in. I have ssh server on (telnet off) and am refused connection. Using MacOS Terminal's 'ssh' command.
 
Checked the log file and realized the router never executed the remote reboot! Unplugged power to reboot...problem fixed.
