RT-AC86U with 384.3 Openvpn problem

Using ASUS RT-AC86U with Asuswrt-Merlin - Current 384.3

Hello, not sure the problem is linked with 384.3, i just tried to run my new Openvpn client config (provider require 2.4.2 or later).
My client don't start with log error :
Options error: Unrecognized option or missing or extra parameter(s) in config.ovpn:37: register-dns (2.4.4)
Options error: Unrecognized option or missing or extra parameter(s) in config.ovpn:39: block-outside-dns (2.4.4)

Are these 2 commands a problem for 2.4.4 release ??

The are only valid on Windows clients.....just remove them.
