Hm. Think I might await the official UK version as it isn't a 'need' upgrade, just a 'want' if you see what I mean.

It might be a bit late for you now, but I just purchased an RT-AC88U from Scan Computers in the UK. I ordered it on Thursday 7th Jan and it arrived Saturday 9th.

This is my first ASUS router and I am really please with it thus far.
