RT-AX88U beta 5787 cant connect as aimesh node on GT-AX11000
One can connect as aimesh node using previous beta (or release firmware) and upgrade from that

I am using the beta firmware for RT-AX88U since last night.
Three spontaneous reboots during the night.
The reason I changed to this firmware is because I get kernel crash every second day with the original 3.0.0.4.384_5640 ASUS firmware.

Any idea where to post this feedback/syslogs to developers?

After flashing to the latest firmware you want to test, did you perform a full reset to factory defaults followed by a minimal and manual install?

You may just be carrying forward bugs that really are fixed in the latest firmware.

No. I didnt. I switched the firmware without any factory reset.

Are you talking about signing in to ASUS account at asus.com and issue product support case (which I have done, but these guy tells you to restart the router ) ?
I dont find any "Send feedback" button.

beliebe me or not, but you will never be happy with your router or get any support by them other than prepaired standard answers - like me, so I just sold all of them and changed to a working and reliable solution.

Yes, those standard answers are disappointing and made me doubt alot finally ending up in this interesting place. I would not even qualify it as "Technical support", but everything is relative.
I am still in evaluation phase. Right now, all firmwares I tried are shaky on my AX88U device. Could be the hardware problems so perhaps I will return it and get a new one. But since nobody can comment on the stack traces & syslog output it is hard to judge.

It may not be helpful for you if you need some advanced features from Merlin.

I got a Fritzbox 7590 (modemrouter) from provider, so I use previous 7582 as mesh node and going to buy one more 7590 (or cheap 7530 or 1750E-repeater) in mesh too.
This 7590 got no AX, but 160MHz bandwith in AC-mode perfect for my Intel AC9260 and doulbing speed (compared to 80MHz).
Mesh ist JUST RUNNING SMOOTH!!!
Guest-WiFi supported on nodes.
NAS on router (USB-HDD) without troubles (not usable on Asus).
Secured DDNS access to router and intranet from outside well done too.
Everything just running fine without faults, thats what I want to have, no hassle anymore!
All the basic stuff I need is runing like advertised, exatly what I want to.

Its time for me to say goodbye to all in this forum ...

And I tried all the nasty ***t, including VFIO & PCI passthrough & ip forwarding to win10 VM since intel driver performance claimed better under windows.
