RT-AX88U on one website cannot sign in

I have not had any problems with my router since I bought it, but now. My wife used to be able to sign to Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, but the last couple of months, we can go to the login page but cannot enter any info. This is the only website that has that problem. We can bypass the router and plug in straight to the modem and have no problem. Running through a Nighthawk AX5, we have no trouble. I am hoping someone may know what to check. Routers have gotten too complicated for my old brain. Any help would be appreciated. Th;anks

What firmware is the router running?
Have you enabled any features like AiProtection or Parental Controls?
If running the Asus-Merlin firmware, are you running any addon scripts?
Are you running a DNS sinkhole like Pi-Hole on the local network?
What are the router (and clients) DNS settings?

sorry for the time to respond. Life got in the way. I have updated to latest firmware. Changed DNS from Google to CloudFlare. (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) Didn't help. Just running basic settings. No problems with any other sites. Their tech said no problems on their side. Sometimes can hot spot on phone and bypass our internet, it works sometimes. Bypassing the router and going straight to the modem worked once. Wife ain't happy. Any idea's would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
