Hello,

I am on RT-AX88U_386.1_beta3 on my AX88U - but now I have the problem, that no more MAC addresses can be added to MAC Filter (whitelist, 2.4GHz)
I have 51 addresses in the list - when I want to add a new one, it says something like "Limit reached" - but the Limit is 64.

Now I downgraded to 384.18 and addresses can be added again.

Does anyone uses MAC filter an can test it? Or is it a known bug?

Thank you

Best regards
hababu

First, I think you are posting in the wrong forum.

You need the @Jack Yaz yazDHCP script.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum - maybe a MOD would be so kind and move it to the right one.

Thanks for your fast response.
Does the script only increase the DHCP reservations? Because I have problems with the MAC address filter within my 2.4 GHz Wifi-network. There can no more addresses be added, because the limit is reached. (although there would be 12 addresses left). Maybe a MAC filter is useless, but I use this since my first router.

Thank you

Best regards

PS: sorry for my english - it is not my mother tongue.

You're welcome. The limits are not in the number of entries, it is in how many characters are allowed.

A MAC filter is useless. Not worth doing for an awfully long time today.

For your questions on the script, ask in the respective threads. :)
