RT-BE92U New Merlin Firmware

It was mentioned on the Asus forum that there is a known bug. Asus is aware of the bug in the Broadcom chip in these routers, and the Merlin team has reported it directly to Asus. So the suggestion is to turn off roaming assistant until then. I am happy to say that I have been fine with 6 Ghz for 2 days now and I also have MLO between my two AImesh nodes.
