RT-BE96U unknown device keeps trying to connect

How can I deny a single device? I can't seem to find MAC filtering anywhere in the Web GUI. I have a single rogue device that keeps trying to connect. It appears to be a Tuya device which I'm not sure I even have. I've seen other discussions on this.

I don't know about the RT-BE96U, but on my router its on Wireless > Wireless MAC Filter.

That apparently didn't work for some reason. I keep seeing this:

Any fixes for this? Maybe a neighbor's device?

A MAC filter is only going to stop it from joining, it will not stop it from trying. From reading up on who uses Tuya wifi chips, they appear to be in many newer Internet of Things / aka smart devices in your home. Commonly they are identified with a (Powered by Tuya) or PBT on them. You could setup a IoT wifi on 2.4ghz, let things in your home like this join it and keep the 5/6Ghz band for your faster items.
