I have a toshiba laptop with a killer 1103 wireless card that will not connect to the rt-n66r, but will connect to a wndr3700v4. I also have a toshiba laptop with a intel 6300 wireless card that will connect to both routers, I have tried asus, merlin, and tomatousb firmwares and nothing helped. Any ideas Thanks

Try removing your old wireless profile on the toshiba laptop and updating the wireless driver on toshiba laptop. Check toshiba support website for latest wireless driver. Make sure you leave the N66R on auto and use "20 Mhz" Don't use "20/40".

Here's basic troubleshooting steps:

An easy way to try and solve this problem is to download driver booster. It is a free software you can download that will actually search and find all of the latest drivers for everything on your computer.
