Can you draw a network diagram using this free program I found. I know there's others out there.

http://www.weresc.com/network.php

or

Gliffy online network diagram drawing applet
http://www.gliffy.com/network-diagram-software/

You got 3 routers there and that GS605 gig switch. Good yours works my two didn't. Anyway.

So your main focus is on the guest side? Does anything work? You said 5 different firmwares you have tried and still have issues with one router. If the firmware didn't work then it's hardware issue.

the RT-N16 Can't give Ip to the slingbox pro and it drops wireles clients after 15+hours and it hangs some times on the seting page. simtoms found on the forums of the 3 diferent firmware makers. it feels like im beta testing and main reason not to place it as the only router+ i got the router 2 weeks ago and it make take 5 weeks to set.

So you have 3 different WAN IPs from your ISP correct? Why don't you invest in
a;

Multi-WAN Inbound & Outbound Load-Balance Router with well if you can find the 3 WAN port type. 2 and 8. I am sure there more.

Then each of those 3 Routers you have you could ditch them for regular hard-wired wireless access points instead.

There is a Quad WAN Multi-homing Router with Inbound Load Balancing from Edimax.

Sorry for not noticing that you have three IPs from your ISP.

But if you have three routers, each needs to be set to a separate subnet, with its own DHCP server.
So router 1 can be 192.168.1.X, router 2 192.168.2.X and router 3 192.168.3.x.

In this configuration, however, the clients behind each router won't be able to communicate with clients behind another.

If you want to keep some clients protected from an insecure LAN, then use cascaded routers, like described in the article I linked in my previous answer. Or invest in a smart switch that can do VLANs and get rid of the multiple routers.

thank you for the suggestions.
I realize from your post's and my image that I only need the computers from router1 and router2 to have access to the server and printer :p
the server have dual port and the printer 3 type of conections usb lan+wifi
and is runing windows 7 ultimate. so now i have to figureup the way to share
until i have the money to buy hardware for better setup :D
