script to schedule backup Nas Device

hi, I have Asus Nas storage Drivestor 2 Pro and RT-AX88U merlin 368.4 I am Searching for the script to schedule backup from the backup folder to the NAS device.
Does anyone has any idea about that or can give me any tips to do it in a good way
