Try running one of the VPNs on your PC and the other on your Router. Another option to look at is use a VPN and connect to TOR.For example, is it possible to VPN to spain and from that vpn server enter another tunnel by a different provider to Italy?
thank you for the suggestion. as i am inexperienced in this sort of thing I was wondering if there's a webpage that describes this in detail. I like this idea because it does not require a remote pc - the idea i had was to run a vpn/ or ssh to another computer and then enter the second vpn from the remote pc. With your suggestion though, the traffic exiting from the vpn encoded by the pc would point right back to the pc.Try running one of the VPNs on your PC and the other on your Router. It this day and age nothing is totally private. Best shot is to pull your car into dark parking lots and connect to an open WiFi signal, do you business and then be gone remembering never to use your "secrete" PC/tablet to connect to the Internet when you aren't operating anonymously.Tor does not guarantee / equal anonymity.
