Setting port forwarding rules...once did a factory reset...the other...

Using the latest firmware...trying set up port forwarding rules...

1) The first time after applying my router was reset back to factory defaults

2) The second time the router was no longer accessible after applying the rules. After turning it off / on everything seemed to be ok and the rules were there.

Try reflash, then factory defaults. It worked for me - but I usually do the longer way:
factory def before flash. flash. def again. Such habit from old dlink buggy adsl router...
