Solved Site top-level URL is busted

@thiggins: For the last couple hours I've been getting "Safari can't open the page 'https://www.snbforums.com/'. The error is: 'Load cannot follow more than 20 redirections" when following my bookmark for SNB, or when clicking on the 'Forums' link within SNB pages. Lower-level links within the site still work.

Safari on iOS16 and MacBook have zero issues here.

Sigh ... I'd tried reloading, but turns out "Develop -> Empty Caches" is what fixed it. Sorry for the noise.
