Smart Connect - ports are blocked?

Hi, I have a problem with ASUS RT AC3200. All 3 wifi networks work within the Smart Connect at one SSID with the same password. NextPVR in a PC is not accesible from any other device on the network via the addon for KODI or via the web interface. PC 192.168.1.133 can´t get acces to 192.168.1.102:8866 . Tested on another 3 PCs on the network. If I turn off the smart connect and get 3 wifi networks, also does not work. Networks must be separated and both devices must be on the same SSID, then it works. But it also can not be on wifi 2.4 Ghz. Computers, however, sees each others in the win network and also have access to a fileshare. Last firmvare version, now last Merlin firmware, still the same problem.
