suspicious VPN server?

Hello,

Can someone examine this vpn connection log and explain whats going on with it?

Background: this is a new VPN server location provided by my VPN provider however I am unable to connect to it for whatever reasons. The curious thing I notice is the IP "Connecting to USA - Los Angeles - 5, ip: 128.249.76.9" is Baylor College of Medicine.

Does this make any sense?
