TrendMicro Issue?

I am using Merlin Asuswrt 380.63_2 for Asus AC87 & 66.

I cannot update Razerzone's Synapse software for a Razer laptop due to some issue with Trend Micro's protection build into Asus routers. See https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/4gh1el/razer_synapse_unable_to_update/.

"AI Protection" is no longer a part of the admin settings and I need to temporarily turn it off. It seems to be a part of the router driver since it's blocking the download. I remember it being there once before and I was able to update Razer Synapse.

All the settings to disable AiProtection are still there, under the AiProtection section. If the download is still blocked after disabling things there, then something else is blocking your download.
