Troubles with my wifi connection

I have a few problems with my wifi device in my home. Its signal is not stable and affects my work a lot!! I have paid the full wifi network fee every month. I don't know what is the problem with the device? Should I contact the wifi service provider? Pls give me pieces of advice!

When you say 'wifi device' are you referring to your ISP's wireless router?

You need to give much more information about your hardware and network use to get any kind of reasonable attempt at an answer, but yes, I would start with your ISP first.
