Troubleshoot connection issue with Google Play Store

I'm having issues on all devices in my house with the Play Store (apps won't download/update, it just sticks on Downloading) and even sometimes surfing google.com. I'm running an RT-N16 on 354.29, I'm going to try updating soon, but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions to troubleshoot this before I do. I'm not blaming the router, I'm just dumbfounded and looking for ideas, lol.

Anyone have any ideas where to start?

Edit: Upon further investigation, I think it's an issue with my ISP. Can a mod close this. Thx!

I think they are having system wide issues. I was having issues getting connected at work too.
