Not sure where to begin, but the last couple of times I have installed the firmware for my TS-231, it will show up for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then vanish from the network. It is running, but I cannot access it via web, drive shares, SSH or by any other means. If I power it off and back on, when it reloads, I can then use it once again for 30 minutes to an hour and then once again it vanishes.
Both the TS-231 and the Asus router have the latest firmware available and I even did a factory reset on my Asus router as I thought that was the problem. I really do not want to downgrade the QNAP if at all possible. I am using link aggregation if that makes any difference. I have tried everything I can think of at this point to resolve the issue.
If anyone else has had this issue, please let me know if you were able to address the problem.
