scMerlin Two IPv6 configuration entries

I noticed that in 388.1 i have two IPv6 configuration entries:

The only difference is that "Advanced_IPv61_Content" has this entry:

with 2 options. While "regular" IPv6 entry does not have such option.
Is this a bug? Why there's two almost similar entries?

scMerlin creates those pop out menus, so it could be that the second item isn’t meant to be shown at all, but scMerlin doesn’t know that.

Oh, i see! I do have scMerlin installed.
EDIT: After removing scMerlin, this entry did not disappear. @RMerlin do you know why this entry exists?
