Solved Unable to reach RT-AX86U Pro from my devices using Asus iOS app...

Although my devices have no problem connecting to my RT-AX86U Pro wifi SSID, when i try to connect to the router using the Asus router app on the same device, i get "No Connection" error!
I tried from all of my ipads and iphone and the issue is the same....I get a notice saying "Remote connection is not available and given a few steps to try, such as turning off VPN on the current device (which i have no VPN turned on) or enable remote connection, which i never needed to do so!
Why would i need to turn on remote connection if i only want to connect to my router through local wifi?
never had this problem before...

Word of note, the Asus mobile app is not officially supported under Asus-Merlin firmware. Certain features of the app may not work with Asus-Merlin firmware.

Since you have marked your post/thread as "solved", please explain how you solved your issue so others may learn from it.

It may also help if you provide more information on your WiFi setup including redacted readable screen shots of your settings.
Are the WiFi clients who are using the Asus mobile app connected to a Guest Network Pro Profile?
Are you using any addon scripts?
Have you made any other modifications to the router's firmware (like using firewall-start scripting)?

Thank you for pointing out Asus-Merlin not officially supporting mobile app...i'll keep that in mind.
Guest Network was the first thing that came to my mind, so i checked if the device was accidentally connecting on there,
as i had an issue not long ago when i couln't see my NAS drive connected to RT-AX86U Pro USB port...turned out i was connected to the Guest Network...
but this time that was not the case...
I do not use any addon scripts and made no modification to the routers firmware BUT i updated the firmware to the new 3006.102.4 only yesterday!
No idea if that had anything to do with it tho...then i remembered to check if the app had an updated firmware version...Turns out there was a new firmware update for that also.
My problem went away once i updated the app on the ipad i was testing, so i updated the app on my iphone also as well as the other couple of ipads i use..
