Unbound Unbound not installing

Hello. I had to reboot my router (RT-AX88U Pro) and unbound would no longer start. I removed it, rebooted again and tried to re-install it. I get the errors listed below. Looks like the usb drive is out of space (14g drive 13.5g used). What can I delete to free up room? How would it have filled up? Just a note, I understand Linux about as much as I understand my wife.

I deleted the folder of AG Home. It would not uninstall (from a few months ago). It freed up tons of room. Now if I try an unbound install I get
