USB wan: adaptive QoS: upload no classification detection

Rt-ac68u running Merlin

My fibre was out for 2 days

USB-android Wan works but I found that adaptive QoS not doing any classification for uploads, some times I see some throttling on wireless, and no throttling on wired

When my fibre is back, adaptive QoS is working fine through pppoe wan

I installed the fantastic scripts in my router
Diversion
EntWare+dnscrypt
Freshjr QoS
Stubby cloudflare dot
