USB2 not working anymore 384.3, RT-AC88U

Hello

I flashed the 384.3 version on my AC88U router.
Now the USB2 slot on the back does not recognize any USB device anymore.
Any ideas?
How can I force a USB detection ?
What else can I check to find the reason for this?

Try power cycling your router, turning it off for 15-20 secs.

I have done that several times.
Does not work
It seems the USB2 is broken. Also the previous version did not work as well as reset to default settings.
