Virgin hub5 with asus rt-x86u setup help

I got a hub5 it has a 2.5gz port that i connected to the 2.5 port on my rt-x86u,im getting my full speed with no issues 1.2 gigabyte,what i want to know is the other 1gig wan port that im not now using cause i using the 2.5,can i use it as a extra lan port

Yes you can. Just remember that you've done this because if you ever do a factory reset on the router then WAN port will revert to being the normal 1GbE port.
