Vodafone Digital Voice + Grandstream HT801 one way audio.

As title says.

I have studied the configuration for this as best I can and it somewhat works.

Since Vodafone forums are shut down I can't access the data to confirm my settings are correct. I seem to remember seeing a user called "Ripshod" on there
not the same Ripshod on here is it? (I am assuming so). He had this working and did share a google drive with config but that is dead.

It's registered.
However I get 1 way audio. Mobile > landline (Landline can hear mobile but not the other way round)
Calling both directions work to initiate the call.
However if I call landline > mobile then call is established but after a short while say 10 seconds? It cuts and I get beeping.

Ports are open as expected.
SIP ALG is OFF
settings set as per the github page on this.
yes Vox 3.0 is set as recommended.

If someone could share their configuration (except for the login details) that would be great as I think theres something not quite set on the HT801.

for info on my setup:
OpenReach 910/110 FTTP via Vodafone UK
ASUS GT-AX11000
Running 'Merlin'- AP Mode.
D-Link 2.Gbe switch
Dell 3080 running NethSecurity 8.7.1 (Fork of OpenWRT)
Dell
Micro 3000 running PiHole X86 and Unbound

@biohazardx92 one thing I should mention. For the SIP User-Agent we used to use "Vox 3.0". Seems it's now "Vox 3.0v".
Found another screenshot with working settings - might be easier to read
