Voxel R9000 use SFP port as GPON?

Is there any way to use the SFP+ port with my ISP's GPON stick? I tried putting it and changing the WAN port preference to "10G LAN SFP+ Port 10 Gbps" but no dice. Right now I have the GPON stick in a converter from SFP to ethernet and it plug the ethernet into the R9000s WAN port with setting " Internet Port (1 Gbps)" and everything is up and going well. Maybe be some fancy ip table work would get this up?
