Then, after "initialize",can I say nothing but firmware left in my router?which means the most "clean" status.

most clean status you can get will be the best explanation.

Factory for me is factory and nothing else, just as I got it out of the box.
But these times seems to be over since some years.
Maybe they change your bootloader and you even cant get back to the factory firmware and functionality or leave things in NVRAM changed which prevents getting features you had when you bought it, nobody really knows whats going on except those who wont ever tell us.
