Why does my RT-AC68U take so long to reboot?

A new user here and this is my second post..
I was wandering why my RT-AC68U take so long to reboot?
It's worse than watching paint dry, as the percentage of process slowly climbs up to 100%!!

The routers I used before never took so long to reboot..

2:30 is absolutely normal for the RT-AC68U, it may depend on what services you have enabled.
