Why doesn't the OpenVPN client support adding a shadowsocks proxy to it by default?

I am in the UK and basically even with a VPN it is hard to get results from torrent trackers, I should not have to mess around with dockers that have inclusive VPN/socks proxy support when my router has an openvpn client but for some reason no shadowsocks proxy for it available.

I mean come on! Please. I just wanna have Prowlarr search for torrents without 404ing on every tracker. Best / easiest solution so far is putting the whole server behind the PIA openvpn.

Because OpenVPN has absolutely nothing to do with Shadowsocks for starter?

And because I'm not going to implement everyone's own personal favorite service just for the 0.05% of users that might want to use it. I have a lot of far more productive things to do that will be useful to a larger majority of the userbase.

Blame your government, not me.
