Wi-Fi Calling no longer working on 3006.102.5

Using a GT-AX6000, on the latest Merlin firmware. I've enable IPSEC Passthrough and SIP Passthrough on the NAT Passthrough tab. I've had the router for a couple of years and wi-fi calling has been rock-solid right up unitl I flashed the latest update.

I wondered why I hadn't been getting any calls and was struggling to make any outgoing calls, then I rolled back the firmware and it worked again. Re-flash to the latest and not working...

Any ideas?

Disable IPSEC and SIP passthrough and see how you go. I've never seen an instance where they are needed for wifi calling, and rarely for voip (the intended use of sip passthrough).

No issues with cellular Wifi calling on 3006.102.5 (RT-AX86U Pro).
Have PPTP Passthrough, L2TP Passthrough and IPSec Passthrough are enabled.
Have RTSP Passthrough, H.323 Passthrough, SIP Passthrough and PPPoE Relay disabled.
Not sure if these are the default settings but have had them this way for years.

Still no joy. I've tried most permutations of enable/disable. My mobile (cell) signal is awful where I live and wifi calling was a godsend. May need to just roll back permanently.

Here's the settings on my GT-AX6000 and I have no issues with wifi calling. As far as I can remember, these are the defaults and I've never changed them.

Update: I narrowed it down to my AiMesh setup. When I manually bind my phone to the main router, wifi calling works. I have another 3 AX6000s around the property, and it seems that is the issue. At least that gives me something to work towards.
