WireGuard Server "Enable NAT - IPv6" Setting Question

Does anyone know what the "Enable NAT - IPv6" option does exactly on the VPN->VPN Server->Others->WireGuard VPN Server->Advanced Settings page? More specifically, if this setting is disabled, does it still allow IPv6 addresses over the WireGuard connection but just doesn't NAT them, or does it actually disable IPv6 support on the WireGuard tunnel?
