Wireless Bridge or Wireless Client or something else?

My setup is as follows:

2nd floor: Internet->WRT54GL with tomato 1.27
1st floor: Asus WL-520GU with tomato 1.27

Previously I set both routers as WDS+AP and I can stream 3 Panasonic wireless cameras (BL-C131A) successfully.

Today I replace them with 3 Panasonic wired cameras (BL-C210A). So I change my WL-520GU to wireless bridge. Only one camera can connect to my network. I cannot stream all of them at the same time.

Is it a nature of wireless bridge? If so, what wireless mode do I need? Any advice would be highly appreciated.

A properly working wireless bridge should support more than one client. I don't know whether Tomato does.
