Will Merlin be adding a tmobile enabled build?
Any one have link to the stock firmware?
i checked the asus site it not there
thank you
Stock firmware can be found here: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/wireless/TM-AC1900/FW_TM_AC1900_30043761703.zip
Apparently the direct link still works, but it has been taken down from the service.asus.com website.
Hopefully someone can see what the differences are, if any.
sites.google.com/site/andygocha6/system/app/pages/recentChanges
Download the jpeg and remove .jpg file extension to reveal the .zip file. I downloaded it from the Asus web support page before it was removed. Google sites only allows an image to be uploaded... let me know if it works
RT-N66U : Merlin 374.43 / RT-N16 : tomato RAF 1.28.9014MIPSR2-RAF-v1.3g.trx
I have no plan to.
I'm also curious about this, as I have an 87R and don't need another router.. even if it's free to use.Is there an easy way to create a build that includes Tmobile specific functionality into the firmware?

Just got my router today and am closely following this thread. According to T-Mobile chat rep the onlything that T-Mobile customized was the QOS for the WiFi calling. The rep told me this router is the exact same as the rt-ac68u you buy from best buy. I'm calling BS on that as I only see 4 guest networks when you are supposed to have 6. I also don't see AI cloud...
What else did they change in their custom firmware and should I be concerned????
You get six if you flash Merlin's.
The router is auto updating even when you click cancel.BTW the shipped firmware on the router is 3.0.0.4.376_2827. The one previously posted must already be dated???
