Hi all,
This might be related to the switch thread I have just posted (switch works but does not show on router connected devices)
I've recently got a new setup for my house including a Draytek 2860 (standalone) router and a Netgear JGs516pe-100eus/
With this, a wired CCTV DVR goes into the Draytek.
The Draytek can see there is something connected - the lights flash, and the panel shows the port as green.
The CCTV also works fine both inside and out side of the network
But what it does not do is show up on the connected devices.
Any reason for this?
I have two other devices wired in currently but into the switch rather than directly into the router and they show up fine in the Draytek panel.
Router:
Port 1 = switch
Port 2 = CCTV
3-6 empty
Switch port 9 = Synology (Shows on draytek)
Port 10 = Home automation (shows on draytek)
Ports 1-2 are POE to access points which I'm also sure showed up fine but currently are disconnected so can't confirm.
Appreciate any help on this!
Thanks
AJ
