I hope you guys can help me with some questions I have.
I'm looking to build a 1900ac custom router running OpenWRT or one of it's derivatives or maybe BSD's pfSense. I am DIYing because I would like expansion capability and have some fun. I would prefer to stay on x86 platform (or I could have just bought a router). I would like to have expansion I was hoping to understand if I could use PCE-AC68 PCI-E card for 1900ac capabilities. I have not done something like this in 10 years -- so links, ideas, suggestions, cautions, keywords, etc... would be nice.
