you will however see it in the wifi connection list if the owner has ap mode set on the device
do you have EOP / power line adapters at all ?

i have seen other people in the us moaning about not being able to see images on postimage.org before
i dont think net neutrality is working for you guys as it should be
and isp's are still blocking stuff they shouldnt
Found out what it was somehow WPS had become re-enabled..
it was starting to get annoying i was seeing about 3 different phones a day on wired clients
as soon as i turned off WPS on the RT-AC88U it stopped
