reported link speed, why tx different than rx?

What does it mean when in the reported rx speed is different than the tx speed.

So in the system Log-> Wireless log

What does it mean when in the reported rx speed is different than the tx speed.

So in the system Log-> Wireless log

It means just that: the rates are different. Power management will adjust the rates as needed. They should bump back to max rate when under use.
