rTorrent Startup Errors

Hello,

1) When I start rtorrent at the cli, I am getting a Could not read resource file: ~/.rtorrent.rc error. It doesn't seem to be finding the rtorrent.conf file.

2) I am also getting a lot of Tracker errors (UDF type errors) in ruTorrent. I've followed all the instructions here including updating the firewall-start script:
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --destination-port 52531 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT -p udp --destination-port 52531 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --destination-port 81 -j ACCEPT

rtorrent-easy-install - 0.2-2 - This pakage helps to configure rtorrent with rutorrent web interface. Please
note, we assuming no lighttpd installed\configured on your system before!.
Just answer a few question to get torrent-client working.
