I am setting up a new wireless network in my home for the sole purpose of utilizing the kindle fire I got for Christmas. I do have two laptops and a smartphone or two that could benefit from a wireless connection however I like having my two desktop PCs safely wired. What advice can you give me on things like an appropriate wireless router, setting up this network while keeping the desktop PCs wired, and/or any other pertinent information that might make this experience less stressful.
I realize that I have covered sever different topics that might not fit in this specific forum, for that I apologize.
Thank you in advance for any and all help.

    Hi,
Season's greetings. My hint to you, there are two most talked about wireless routers here. IMO, either one will do just fine for you.
