    RT AC5300 Slows down internet speed

    My speeds are 300/300 Mbps. I get 295Mbps when connected straight to the computer, when using my router I get 285 Mbps.

    What settings should I turn off or on to get my speed back. I connected my FIOS ethernet cable from the ONT box straight to the computer and gave exactly what my ISP is providing me, however when connected to the router it's about 30Mbps less.

    It happens to me but only on Firefox and Bitdefender shows an alert saying it deleted a Trojan. Is there another way to solve this dilema? Is the certificate you are talking is uploaded to the router or to the browser?
