Since I have activated Adaptive QoS, I notice this in the registry (this is a small part, because it is very long. But the crash repeats itself several times):

Code:

I am using Adaptive QoS but with FlexQoS (from amtm) and did not observer any issues with 386 RMerlin - I am not at latest one - upgrade just when new popup.

do you have set as Auto - LAN - Switch Control -NAT Acceleration and it is showing CTF (Cut Through Forwarding) is enabled.

Thanks for reply.
I haven't touched anything. After the update(Reset to Default), I only enabled QoS. That's all.

Inside the Switch control, I haven't CTF.

I do not know what to say. Did I accidentally activate AiProtection? I don't know. Really! If I click on AiProtection, however, it appears disabled.
I was reading a bit on the forum and it seems to be a TrendMicro related issue. I have recently installed CakeQoS. I am not seeing any Kernel panic. I continue to monitor. In case, I do a nice factory reset.

I have the 200/20 connection, so I found that hardware acceleration is not needed for my connection. Kernel panic could also have been due to that. Once CakeQoS was installed, I no longer had KP.
When 386.4 comes out I'll do a nice full reset and try Adaptive QoS again, without CakeQoS and I'll see.

Thanks!

on an ac86u with merlin 386_3.2 using adaptive qos (with flexqos on top) - no dcd tainted errors in the logs.

I have aiprotectcion on as well - and the ac86u can still saturate my 950/450 connection

I have reset everything. Formatted the USB stick and installed Skynet+Diversion and FlexQoS.

Could it be a hardware problem? My router, in fact, by resetting it via the WPS button for 30 seconds, does not restart automatically like my old AC3200 did, but you have to turn it off and on again. I don't wish it was always defective.

The dcd crashes on the RT-AC86U are a long-known issue that has existed for years. The exact cause is unknown, and there is nothing that can be done about it.

I have reset everything. Formatted the USB stick and installed Skynet+Diversion and FlexQoS.

are you using Pixelserv with Diversion? if so, that'll do it. use diversion lite instead.

Okay, thanks!

Okay! I'll try! Thank you, Jack!
I've been using CakeQoS since this morning and haven't seen a single dcd crash. For the moment, I'll leave it like this, since I manage to have bufferbloat A +
