One core stuck at 100%. Does not happened too often. In fact it's third time in a months. Usually router would run for weeks without reboot.
Top command shows 50%IO - so looks like CPU got stuck waiting on disk IO.
I have external SSD which is used by FTP daemon but when I have unmounted it it did not bring utilization down. Reboot cleared CPU utilization.
When it happened, UI will go frozen if I will invoke any disk related operation, like give me traffic stats (which is used JFFS partition not my external USB drive). So, I assume driver in kernel goes into blocking and nether serves or clears disk IO requests any longer.
Using telnet I still be able to access router and reboot it after all other attempt to clear stuck IO fails.
Any suggestions to try? Things like scheduled reboot would be ones I would like to avoid.
PS: in syslog there are nothing unusual.
