Ac5300 system commands

I have installed the latest version of Merlin. I need to access the system commands to run
val `wget -q -O - http://www.goldenfrog.biz/downloads/vyprvpn/router/app/tomato/arm/install.sh`

so that I can have the VyprVPN controller?

How do I get to system command?

Thanks, I was able to SSH into the router and it says installation successful. I refreshed browser but where do I find this app to run it?

Tomato and Asuswrt use completely different webuis. A webui-related plugin designed for Tomato won't work with Asuswrt.
